American Sign
Language Practicum

Community-based fieldwork externships for graduate students of the health sciences and human services fields. Placements run weekly across our network of community wellness, health, and engagement centers, with structured supervision, documented hours, and evaluation mapped directly to your program's licensure requirements.

Why Babble·ASL

Closing the placement gap.

The Placement Gap

Graduates face a persistent shortage of quality fieldwork placements. Babble bypasses the limited traditional service centers by serving as an authorized and dynamic suite of external training sites.

3,000 Fieldwork Practicum Hours

The required accumulation of thousands of clinical hours is increasingly difficult as demand outpaces available physical community health centers. Babble mitigates this shortage by offering immersive hours integrating linguistic specialty into multi-layered real-world settings.

Structured Supervision

Students need supervised, real-world hours that map directly to licensure requirements. Babble embeds licensed clinical mentorship and supervision directly into the placement cycle, empowering students with flexible, authorized placements.

Pediatric Placements & Non-Clinical Leadership

Babble resolves the static environmental chasm for students by offering a dynamic, multi-faceted placement model applicable to the same sectors where students may choose to specialize or advance professionally in.
